About Gina D’Angelo
Healthcare Experience
Gina brings more than forty-three years of healthcare experience, spanning clinical practice and leadership roles in the Navy Nurse Corps, pharmaceutical industry, and home infusion/home dialysis settings. More than thirty-one of these years are dedicated to the care of seniors from the nursing home, post-acute rehab, dementia, and senior living sectors. Gina has experience in product development, sales, and marketing, and has held senior-level clinical leadership roles, including operations director and director of nursing.

Testifying Experience
Gina formed G.D. Solutions, LLC in 2009, and has more than sixteen years of nursing home testifying experience under her belt. She has reviewed thousands of geriatric-based cases involving negligence, opining on the standard of care, and creating chronologies, reports, affidavits, and other related work products. Gina has served as a testifying expert at several depositions and trials on the standard of care in nursing home cases.
Mentoring Experience
G.D. Solutions - Insights, created in 2026, has a two-fold purpose. The first is to provide educational services to attorneys and paralegals on relevant medical and regulatory updates in long-term care and beyond. The second is to provide mentoring and personalized coaching for clinicians and other healthcare administrators seeking knowledge and competency in medical-legal consulting.
Gina is passionate about helping clinicians find work-life balance through medical-legal consulting. Through her sessions, Gina hopes to provide her mentees with the tools they need to create a self-sustaining business.
Gina structures her mentoring sessions to be highly personalized, adapting to the unique needs of her mentees. Through one-on-one sessions, Gina aims to provide medical-legal consultants and testifying experts with the skills needed to excel in their craft and create an awareness of risk mitigation in their practice.
On a Personal Note
Gina lives in the Mid-Atlantic on the eastern shore of Delaware with her husband and two dogs. She and her husband are blessed to have a wonderful daughter. Gina enjoys swimming, cycling, entertaining, reading, traveling, and learning from others.
