Service Description
When your attorney client requests a report, there are a few clarifying questions that you should ask before proceeding to prevent miscommunication. With this session, you will gain an understanding of the most requested report types and how to write them, including brief and comprehensive reports, rebuttals, affidavits, and addendum-type documents. It is recommended that you take the Oral Review Case Screening Session and Review of Grammar Skills with Practical Application to Medical-Legal Report Writing as prerequisites.
