Service Description

Whether you have been called to testify in one or more trials, this session focuses on both testifying and organizational skills to ease stress under cross-examination and increase confidence and credibility of case facts and other information at trial. This session benefits testifying experts new to the courtroom process by outlining what to expect during cross-examination and how to prepare from an expert's perspective. This course will also explore billing retainer options and other customary associated expense allocation practices.
